Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday, for all orders placed before 1pm for next day delivery; they will be dispatched on the day of ordering for next day delivery. For all orders received after 1pm, they will be dispatched the following day.

Bank Holidays

In the event that an order is placed for delivery after 1.00pm on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend, the goods will be dispatched on the following Tuesday for delivery within 48hours unless otherwise requested for next day delivery.

All items are subject to stock availability. If for any reason the goods are no longer available we will notify you immediately and either:

  • Given the option of receiving alternative goods of similar price and quality
  • Or cancel the item from your order and refund you in full.

We use the following carriers to delivery our goods:

  • Parcel Force Courier Service
  • Royal Mail

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with this information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for your shipping is calculated on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown shipping options for you to select the most convenient shipping method for you. At this stage you still have the option not to place your order.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back item, you will be notified immediately via email. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the outstanding items of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for this second shipment.

Returns

All items must be checked before they are signed for. Items damaged in transit must not be signed for.

To return an item, a Return Authorisation Form must be completed.

A signed return form and original receipt of purchase must be included with your items.

We strongly advise that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide a 'proof of delivery'. Nutwell Saddlery cannot be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

All items must be returned in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect and must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date.

Return Exceptions

Items that have clearly been worn, used or altered in anyway will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless seem to be faulty.

Saddles are non-refundable.
